Stir fry Shanghai Greens

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 small onion (optional)
2 garlic gloves (optional)
1 bunch of Shanghai Greens
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
4-5 tbsp water

Directions

Heat the frying pan and add oil. Add Garlic and fry lightly. Add onions and fry until glaze. Add Shanghai Greens and cook for approx. 2 min. Add water and cook for another minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Looks so good Gill! They are always great, but a particularly good combination of veg for us this week! Just made a veggie lasagne with the squash, leeks and mushroom. Yum! X
